I finished my Sophie's World a few days ago and started a new book yesterday - Impossible. By the 2nd chapter of the book, I'm already crying like mad. Blocked nose, swollen eyes and tears that can't seem to stop. I literally cried thru the whole chapter. This was the first time since Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince that I had cried so much from reading a book. It felt as if the whole world had collapsed. It's definitely a page-turner, I can't stop myself from reading it since I started yesterday. God please bless me. I too, want a love like Arthur and Sasha.
Yesterday night: Accompanied my cousin to do some last minute shopping for her trip to Tokyo. *envy envy envy* When all the shops were almost closed, we stopped by, (where else but) Devil's again. It's great! Like the last time I was there with my cousin, it was free entry and free drinks. ;p But yesterday was special, there were lotsa sexy bootylicious pole dancers there, unlike the previous weekend (probably because it's a public holiday eve). But shucks, I brought my camera out but stupidly left it in the car. SIGH. So I can only TRY VERY HARD to take pics using my phone's camera.
Okay, it's not very clear. But basically there were 2 pole dancers wearing white bikinis + what suspiciously looked like black push-up bras underneath groovin' up there to some yo-yo hip-hop music. I was whipping out my handphone trying to take a pic when some of my cousin's friends asked me, "I thought guys should be the ones taking photos of them. How come you (as a girl) are taking pictures instead?" In the end, they concluded that 'Sex Sells'. Indeed.
That time I was watching this show on TV where they were interviewing this pole-dancer and sharing what life is like for her being in this line of work, and she revealed that she is paid approx $200+ per session. I wonder the 'per session' means per dance or per night. Wah lau if per dance SHIOK leh, then I want to go be pole-dancer also!!! KINDLY SIGN ME UP FOR POLE-DANCING COURSES PLEASE! But I think I'll need to get a boob job first. HAHAHA.
Anyway, back to the main point. I'll miss my cousin so very very much. To her: Remember to buy lotsa clothes, bags and accessories for me ya!!! Hahahaha. "My lovely Cousin Ella, I'll be right here waiting patiently for your return..."
