I'm Lovin' It!
Omg, I love the rainy season (btw, I hate the sun). Although it is abit inconvenient when going out, I still love it sooOoo much!!! The rain gives people a very cozy feeling. On rainy nights, I love to turn on the air-condition, pull the blanket up to my neck (til only my head could be seen) and act like I'm hibernating in the winter season. Hahaha. Rain just gives me the pleasant feeling of 'Love is in the Air'. OooOo, so heartwarming!!!
Talking about love, me and my colleagues were having a casual chat (or rather, gossip) a few days ago. They were chatting about some friends. Just vaguely listening (but I still know what they're talking about la), when someone suddenly said, "Aiya, obviously he's just a substitute loh." The rest agreed in unison. This sentence got me. I felt a surge of sadness in my heart. I don't know why. Not like it's any of my business anyway. (Rem?? I'm self-centred. Hmmm...I guess I'm still kind-hearted in a way. Wahaha...okay back to the topic...) They went on to discuss the definition of substitute. Hmm...in my personal opinion, I define 'substitute' as: someone whom I chose, mainly because I can't be with the ultimate one I LOVE, even though I might LIKE the 'someone' too.
Sigh...talking about cb people again. I very scared of bad karma one, but I don't understand why some people don't. Not that I care that THEY will have bad karma. But I'm afraid that this kind of fugly bitches will bring bad karma to girls in general. Just like Eve tempting Adam with the apple and in the end we all girls have to suffer the pain of bearing children just because of her, maybe we girls will once again get some sort of bad karma because of these cb girls also. SIAN.
Anyway, I'll stop this 'cb bitches' topic and go on to happier topics now!!!!! Don't want to waste my time talking about them. Not worth my attention and effort.
Once again, I have new pics to post up. Anyway, Meng Ge was talking about setting up a blog for posting of our group's pictures. Wow, a photo blog!!! Exciting!!! We're still thinking of a suitable name for our blog though. So if you all have any ideas, feel free to let ur creativity flow okay?
Photo! Photos! Photos! But before that, just a short narration:
Went to MoS on NYE but didn't manage to get in because of the super exaggerated crowd and the super f**ked-up management. I got there at 8plus but were queuing quite near the entrance of the club (because we managed to join a friend's friends where they started queuing at a freaking timing of 7pm). Queued all the way until 12plus, when we were stuck directly in front of the main entrance because they (dare to) say that the club has reached full capacity.
WAH LAU, not many of those who were queuing got to get INSIDE the club loh. That means the pre-sale tix they sold had almost reached their full club capacity already. Then WHY THE HELL did they still let so many people queue outside the club??!!! It's NYE leh and people want to countdown one loh. I believe that if most of the crowd queuing outside MoS knows that they're not gonna get in, they would have 'sua' to another club loh. Super angry with their management that day. But I received this email recently:

The following pictures show the exaggerated-ness of that fateful night outside MoS:

These are the pictures I'd taken AROUND me while I started queuing. Can you see much of anything else other than people? NO!!! This is how exaggerated the queue was. The queue turned, u-turned, u-turned again, continued across the road and u-turned again. I can't even see the end of the queue.
Getting bored while queuing, we started taking pics.
Yun and Me!!!
Me!!!! Amongst the crowd...hahaha...(This is taken by Kyan's cam, so the color abit different from mine...)
Fantastic 4!!!! Meng, Suzi, Yun and Me!!!!!
Finally the queue moved a little and I can see this:
MY view of the famous 'Ministry of Sound' logo!!!!
After a while more, I can see this:
A BETTER view of the famous logo!!!
And the moving MoS logo too!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As we got nearer to the entrance, this is what we saw:
Wah, what the hell?! The more-than-expected people queuing in front of us!!!!
This pic below looks beautiful though:
Nice right? Using 'Night mode' of my cam...looks as if there's some sort of special effects...
Just minutes before midnight, a fight occurred...
Was trying to take a picture of the fight, but too crowded, can't seem to capture it.
According to Yun, an Indian lady was arguing about something with an MoS Security when suddenly, the lady's bf just punched the Security. Then, like in a HK Police Drama, a police car immediately arrived (really very fast leh...like just 1 second after the fight occurred.) and MoS Securities were all rushing there to stop the fight. They were then led away by 2 Securities.
And 3, 2, 1...The Year 2006 has arrived!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We were still outside...

Party packages containing confetti, masks, whistles etc were thrown all over the place. IT WAS CRAZY!!!! (see the red circles). Everyone was trying to snatch one and I guess alot of people got hit on the head (well, at least I did).

Crazy pics of us playing with the party packages!!!
After waiting awhile more after midnight and the Security refuses to let us in no matter what (wah lau, everyone was chanting "LET US IN!!! LET US IN!!!" outside the entrance loh), we left the place. Btw, I saw Felix, the LV intern from France, with his 'ang moh' friends outside MoS just before midnight. Wahaha, never thought I would see him there...
After we left, we walked down towards Liang Court and took a few pics outside the legendary 'Crazy Horse'.
Me and Kyan!!!!
(Note: Sorry, only 1 pic I want to post up from those we took outside Crazy Horse. Coz the rest either sux or are without me --> As you all know, I dun post ugly pics or those without me inside. Thank you very much for your understanding.)
In the end, all of us split up. Suzi, her bf and Yun went home. Kyan went down to Zouk to meet his friends. Meng Ge and I went to TCC @ Clarke Quay, sat down (finally!), eat and nua...
Okay, that's the end of the 'interesting' NYE we had!!! I know I promised I would blog about my next MoS outing together with the the above blog entry, but I'm not coz I got alot of things to do. Can you imagine I used 3 days to blog this entry???!!!!! I started writing this entry since Monday (09.01.06)!!!!! Halfway thru, I kept going to find things to eat, watch TV and (trying to) study 1 or 2 pages of Corporate Finance (totally dunno what it's talking about). Hahaha. So, right now, I'm going to bathe, watch TV, eat and (try to) study again. Next time then I post up pics of the INTERIOR of MoS alright??!!! (note: this time I DID get in okay??!!!) Til then!!! Ciao!!!!
